Our Story

M&N Property Services was founded in Nov. 2022, by Mason Sillin and Noah Green. Originally named M&N lighting, Mason and Noah started with Christmas/Holiday lighting soon expanding into outdoor lighting. After two years M&N Lighting hand expanded into landscaping, lawn care, hardscaping, and property maintenance. As such we changed our name in 2024 to M&N Property Services. As we grown over the years we have continued to keep our commitment to quality and reliable services.
