Every installation includes take-down and storage in the spring, so you never have to get back on a ladder once the season's over. Our pricing reflects reliable, professional service from a company that will still be here when the holidays are done, not just when they start.
How does it work?

First step is getting you an estimate and a design custom for you home or business. Once we’ve settled on a design you approve of we select a date of install. Prime install weeks are the 2nd and 3rd week in November, spots fill up fast so the sooner you book the better. January 1st we will start takedowns, lights can be left up as long as you like but we guarantee to have your lights down but January 31st(weather permitting).
Why do you lease the lights instead of selling them?

M&N Property Services does both, but most customers opt for our leasing model. The leasing model means we maintain and replace lights before they go out. it means free service calls throughout the season. As well as free storage throughout the off season.
If you opt for the selling model we replace lights as needed before install. We charge a service fee throughout the season if you have lights go out, and we won’t store your lights for you.
